Default Page File Size? [Possible fix to flickering and crashing]

I recently contacted the Guild Wars Support.
This is what I said:

Now, Guild Wars is giving me alot of problems. Sometimes, the game just freezes and I have to restart my computer because after the freezing, I can't play it anymore... (Something to do with 3d-init-failure)... I have the latest DirectX version (9.0c) and the latest Nvidia drivers (81.98) - my Graphic card is Geforce MX 4.
Like I said before, I had no single problem with Guild Wars when I had only 256 RAM...
Is this a computer or a game issue? Sometimes the "Submit a Crash/Error screen" popups, and I submit it. If this is a game issue, will this ever be fixed?
And then, the flickering, this happens only with Guild Wars, I get strange flickerings (black) on my screen, and sometimes when I switch from Guild Wars to Windows, and then return to Guild Wars, the screen is all coloured... Graphical glitches here and there...
Or, it might be my Graphic Card that is overheating, but a program I have installed called SpeedFan tells me nothing is overheating...

I really hope I will get a response from the Technical Support because I want to play my favorite game without any problems.
After a while, they said this:

To do this, follow these instructions:

- Click Start -> Run
- Type 'DxDiag' in the box and click OK.
- As soon as the diagnostics are finished, please select “Save All Information”
- This will ask where you would like the DxDiag.txt file saved. Remember where you save it so that you can find it later to send to us
- Attach this DxDiag.txt file to your response when you write us back.

Once we have this file, we will be able to see a bit more of what is happening and hopefully what is causing the issue that you are receiving.
While I have sent the file to the Support, I received this:

And another mail after some time...

- Right-click on your "My Computer" icon and select "Properties".
- Choose the "Advanced" tab, then click the "Settings" button in the "Performance" section.
- Click the "Advanced" tab here, before selecting "Change" in the "Virtual Memory" section.
- Select the "Custom Size" radial and increase the Initial Size to 1536, and the Maximum size to 2986.
- Click the "Set" button and Windows should prompt you to restart your PC. If it does not, then please do so.
- Ensure that you have enough free space on your system partition to support your pagefile

Could you please also tell us on which partition you saved the game? This will help us to further assist you

The slow Sever for the forum has been explained in Riverside Inn and the Site Feedback forums. You clicked at least 5 times and that is how you made so many posts.

No go into those other posts and Delete them. It is easy...go to EDIT...then DELETE post.

The pagefile should have nothing to do with the problem, he has more than enough RAM for the game. I play the game with 640MB of RAM and have no problems what so ever. I have checked my system diagnostics and with 640MB i never have to use my pagefile for overflow.

Im interested on knowing the brand of RAM you are using, you may be having some memory conflicts.....does your computer recognise that you have 768MB of RAM?

If your having to use your pagefile that means you dont have enough RAM, well you DO.....so increasing your pagefile is not the issue.....they might as well just tell you to buy more RAM.
